All prices are subject to animal coat and condition. Upon delivery of your pet i will carry out a coat inspection to highlight any problem areas and confirm cost with you. If after your pet has been dropped off there is a problem which may require additional costs i will call and confirm with you on the telephone before any work has been carried out. In the rare case that i cannot get hold of you, if it is in the best interest of the dog, i may carry out additional without consent (i.e. fleas etc)

CANCELLATION POLICY - I would ask you kindly to give me a minimum of 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
